What is Talent Search and Development?
Tennis Australia’s Talent Search and Development program, now know as ‘Project Talent’ forms the base of the Athlete Development Pathway. It’s focus is to identify and develop talented 6-12-year-old athletes.
Talent Search and Development seeks to:
- Identify and develop the most promising under 12-year-old players in Australia
- Track the development of our most promising 12 and under athletes
- Spread the word about the Talent Search and Development program
