Brisbane locals will have the chance to rub shoulders with some of the world’s best emerging tennis players when the Brisbane Pro Tour 2016 hits the Queensland Tennis Centre from the 25th September until the 2nd October.

The Brisbane Pro Tour event is now in its second year, with local fans offered the chance to see the best tennis talent from Australia and around the world compete for USD$25,000 in prize money and valuable ATP and WTA ranking points.

Luke Saville (VIC) is the number one seed, ranked 271 in the world, he’s the former junior world number one and Wimbledon Boys’ winner.

Defending champions Gavin Van Peperzeel (QLD) and Priscilla Hon (QLD) add to the quality field of players, both returning to defend their titles this year.

The Brisbane tournament kicks off a series of Pro Tour events in Queensland, with the Hutchinson Builders Toowomba International and Cairns International to follow in October.

Qualifying rounds get underway at the Queensland Tennis Centre on Saturday the 25th of September, with the final to be held on Sunday the 2nd October.
