Tennis Tasmania Strategic Plan
| June 23 - The Tennis Tasmania staff and Board has developed the 2009-2012 Strategic Plan. The plan is the blueprint for the organisation to operate under for the next 3 years. The plan has been developed in consultation with Sport and Recreation Tasmania and aligns with Tennis Australia. 2009 Bruce Cup team Announced
| With over 50 players contesting the 2009 Bruce Cup trials, held in Hobart in early June, the team of fourteen players has been selected. Seven Boys and seven girls from across the state will make up the 2009 Tasmanian Bruce Cup team that will participate in the national exchange in Adelaide in September.
