Nationals Player Incentive Grant
The DTC Sports Nationals Player Incentive Grant rewards athletes in 14 & under and 12 & under age groups who are accepted and participate in Nationals Championships and achieve the minimum result/s.
The Grant is valued at $300.00
This incentive recognises the aspirations of athletes seeking future inclusion in the NTIS Program, and also the Tennis Australia Scholarship Program.
To be considered for a DTC Sports Nationals Player Incentive Grant, athletes:
- Must be residents in the NT
- Must be registered with their club
- Must have participated in a Nationals Championship
- Must not be an NTIS Squad Member
- Must accept the decision of the NTIS Management Committee
The Grant will be awarded up to a maximum of three times for each athlete in one financial year (July-June) for achieving one of the following Result Criteria. This criteria is a component of the NTIS Selection Criteria.
| Result Criteria |
| 1. Make the Round of 16 at a Nationals or |
| 2. Make Main Draw (Round of 32) of 2 Nationals either through Direct Acceptance or Qualification or |
| 3. Win 2 Main Draw Consolation singles matches at a single Nationals or |
| 4. Win 3 matches in Qualifying and/or Consolation Qualifying at two Nationals or |
| 5. Win 4 matches in Qualifying and/or Consolation Qualifying at a single Nationals |
