Katherine Tennis Club Ready? Play!

The Katherine Tennis Club joined in the fun of the ‘Come and Try Sports Expo’ which was conducted by the Katherine Town Council on Saturday 11 February 2012.

The six court tennis club welcomed over 200 players of all ages, with everyone getting involved in the free activities on offer, including:
>  MLC Tennis Hot Shots
>  Social Hitting
>  Hit the Target
>  Beat the Ball-Machine
>  and plenty of games and giveaways

MLC Tennis Hot Shots deliverer, Lisa Alexander was on hand coaching and assisting the up and coming juniors with the modified equipment.

The Katherine Tennis Club ‘Come and Try Sports Expo’ day forms part of the Power and Water Regional Development Program.
