- Support commercially operated facilities and guide volunteer bases facilities
- Improve the quality of the experience delivered by tennis facilities
- Source funding opportunities for facilities to improve tennis infrastructure
- Encourage and support the development of new facilities where they are most needed
- Monitor, maintain and improve court and equipment standards
GRASSROOTS
Building and delivering (more) effectively to ‘grassroots’
- Adopt an appropriate national registration program
- Increase the number and depth of engagement of active players
- Increase the number and depth of engagement of devoted fans
- Monetise, both devoted fans and active players
GOVERNANCE
Effective policy, finance and administrative structures
- Ensure organisation is compliant with NT Associations Act
- Provide an environment that will retain human resources
- Build key stakeholder relationships
- Ensure ‘best practice’ financial management is conducted
