Smith and Ebden are seeded, with the 18th seed Smith taking on American wildcard Jesse Witten and Ebden, the No.26 seed, facing Michael Mmoh, also an American wildcard.

Saville has drawn Russia’s Karen Khachanov in his opening round match, while Kubler – who has not contested a hardcourt match in almost five years – will tackle 30th seed Facundo Bagnis of Argentina.

In the women’s draw, Rodionova faces Frenchwoman Alize Lim.

The Aussie has won through qualifying on three previous occasions – in 2009, 2012 and 2014.
