The first tranche of votes are in for the WTA Rising Stars Invitational, and Olivia Rogowska is well-positioned to nab a spot in Singapore.

The Rising Stars event will debut at the season-ending WTA Finals in Singapore, and fans have been given the chance to vote for who they would like to see take their place in the new exhibition.

The two players from the Asia-Pacific region with the highest number of votes – and two similarly-popular players from the rest of the world – will take part in the four-player tournament.

More than 65,000 fans have already voted, and Rogowska is currently in third place out of the 11 Asia-Pacific players. She trails Kazakh Zarina Diyas and Zheng Saisai of China.
