Australian duo Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis are through to the Wimbledon boys’ doubles final following a three-set victory on Saturday.

Facing unseeded Italian pair Filippo Baldi and Matteo Donati, the Australians triumphed 6-4 3-6 6-2.

Kyrgios and Kokkinakis had a big advantage on serve, winning 85 per cent of first serves, making it tough for the Italians to break them. The Australians offered up just three break points, only one of which Baldi and Donati could convert.

On the other side of the net, Kyrgios and Kokkinakis turned three of their six opportunities into breaks on their way to the final.

Kyrgios and Kokkinakis will take on either top seeds Kyle Edumund and Frederico Ferreira Silva or Enzo Couacaud and Stefano Napolitano on Sunday.
