Adam Kellerman is the remaining Australian wheelchair tennis player at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
Sadly for sixth seed Daniela Di Toro and Ben Weekes, their London campaign has come to an end.
Kellerman pulled off one of the upsets of the second round, defeating Japanese 13th seed Satoshi Saida in straight sets, 6-3 6-2.
The unseeded Australian will next face fourth seed Ronald Vink for a place in the quarterfinals.
Weekes worked hard in his second-round match but was unable to overcome 14th seed Tom Egberink who triumphed 6-2 6-2, while Di Toro fell to Thailand’s Sakhorn Khanthasit in a three-set upset, 1-6 6-0 6-3.
In the men’s and women’s doubles, Weekes and Kellerman were knocked out in the second round by Japanese duo Shingo Kunieda and Satoshi Saida, while Di Toro and Manns fell to Thai pair Khanthasit and Ratana Techamaneewat.
