Murrabit Tennis Club

Murrabit is located 25kms from Kerang, 60km from Swan Hill and 110km from Echuca in Northern Victoria. The Murrabit Lawn Tennis Club is situated 5km from the Murray River in Victoria. Our club is afflilated with Tennis Australia and the Northern District Lawn Tennis Association which has four senior penant divisions and three junior divisions. Our club tries to supply teams for all divisions during the 2010/11 season we filled all senior teams division one to four and two junior teams.

Our club maintains nine lawn tennis courts and has access to one hard court. We pride ourselves on the high standard of our lawns and we are very proud to be able to supply a high number of courts for our small town.

We have approximately 50 members at our club and are always happy to have more! 

Our major fundraiser is our annual Easter Tennis Tournament held over the Easter long weekend. Where we host two days of tennis Good Friday playing Mixed Doubles and Easter Saturday playing Doubles  This is a round robin tournament and all competitiors will play a minimum of three games of tennis, morning & afternoon tea is provided and winners and runners up players recieved a trophy, all within the entry fee of $15 seniors and $10 juniors.
