Welcome back to tennis for the New Year. Unfortunately the continuing, extremely hot weather appears to have frightened some of our usual players off. Our entries for the first competitions of 2017 are considerably down. There is still a possibility that a Men’s “competitive” social may be arranged. Please check with Maitland City for details. Saturday’s mixed competition has drawn six teams in both divisions 1 and 2. Weather permitting, we will start on Saturday, however, the heat rule will be applied if the predicted 40 degree temperature eventuates.

Wednesday 8th February will see the start of Women’s Night Competition, commencing at 6.30 pm. There will be six teams and the draw will be available on the first night.

The playing fee for competition is $10 p.p. per match. All matches are set down at Maitland City Tennis Club and draws will be available at the club on the first day’s play.
