About Us

Tennis Tasmania took over the management of of the Launceston Regional Tennis Centre in January 2016.  The facility is regarded as one of the best regional tennis centres in Australia. Located only minutes from the city centre, in the Launceston sporting precinct, the facility is surrounded by cricket, soccer, AFL and basketball complexes.

The LRTC features 9 hard courts and 2 synthetic clay courts, all flood-lit for night-time play.

The recent stadium development seats over 300 people catering for our annual Launceston International and other events.

We have a fully functional Pro Shop and Café area that provides confectionery and beverages, professional racquet restringing and equipment sales.

Our aim is to deliver a service that provides you with a memorable experience both on and off the court. Our dedicated and experienced team of coaches will set you on the right path and cater for all playing standards, whilst our management team will provide you with all the tools required to help you when you casually or regularly visit LRTC.
