2.     Instructions for Registration

Log In:                          Select ‘current’ or ‘new Tennis Victoria member’

Organisation:             Select ‘Kinglake Ranges TC’

Select Name of Membership:    a.) 2019/2020 Kids Friday Night Tennis (2+ kids)       = $50

                                    or                b.) 2019/2020 Kids Friday Night Tennis (single child) = $30

3.     Personal Details                      

Enter child’s details

4.     Family  (if selected 2+ kids)

Add additional child(rens) details.  (Must be from same family)

5.     Payment Type                    Select either

a.    EFT (you will be emailed invoice with payment details)

b.    Cash or Cheque at any Bendigo Bank (Account Name – Kinglake Range Tennis Club) or pay club committee on the first 3 Friday night tennis by 6pm.

6.     SUBMIT
