Tennis Coaching At Gladeswood Reserve Tennis Club is conducted by Interactive Academy of Tennis during school terms every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Interactive Academy of Tennis bringing along the Star Tennis Program, a junior certificate program that makes tennis progress easy to follow.

Interactive Academy of Tennis Head Coach & Sports Manager is Marcos Ahumada. Marcos is a professional tennis coach with more than 20 years of experience. He is a Tennis Australia Professional Club Coach and has a Masters Degree in Sports Management.

COACHING PROGRAM

STAR TENNIS PROGRAM

LITTLE STARS (an introductory program)

Designed for youngsters aged 4-7 to improve hand-eye coordination and develop basic racquetball skills. Includes the use of specialized equipment and games to make 30 minute lessons a fun experience,

max. 6 per group

BEGINNER LEVEL

A grassroots look at the game covering all areas of play, with a strong emphasis on guiding your child towards competition. Watch them gain confidence and enjoy the game.

45-minute lessons, max. 6 per group.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Children begin to learn advanced stroke technique. Game-based drills are incorporated to help assist them for competition. Children begin to take a more advanced look at the game, with technical analysis and emphasis on match-play.

45-minute lessons, max. 6 per group.

ADVANCE/ SQUAD LEVEL

This program is designed for advanced players. It combines technical analysis, strategy, intense game based drills and tournament preparation.

60-minute lessons, max 8 per group.

Coaching Fee

Group lessons start from $8 per class*, private and semi-private lessons are available upon request.

*all fees are charged by school term
