JUNIOR PRACTICE HEAT POLICY
The committee meeting have decided on a hot weather policy for Junior Practice (this is now in force):
DSTC Practice will be cancelled if the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) Adelaide maximum temperature forecast at 6am on the day is forecast 34 degrees or higher.
Note: this only applies for Junior Practice sessions. The Saturday Match day rule is still as per the GDTA policy which is currently cancelled when 37 degrees or higher.
Players receive supervised practice from our Club Coach – Gen Dawson and assistants.
Forthcoming games and player positions are confirmed.
Senior team training is arranged by the individual teams.
Private Tuition is also available with our fully qualified Tennis Australia Junior Development Club Coach Gen Dawson, for all levels of players, club and non-club players. Adults and juniors welcome.
Gen has an extensive playing background, representing Australia 3 times as a Junior, and playing on the professional circuit. Gen is a very patient coach with a great understanding of junior players, and will always give you 100% attention and support to bring out the best in you.
