Ignite Tennis wants you! – Based in Brisbane Southside, Ignite Tennis is a company well versed in giving students a good time. We want to see our students learning to play for fun, fitness or competitively at their own pace. We specialise in creating a team environment where kids are active, meeting new friends whilst learning the life long sport of Tennis.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior development coach or any hirer qualification to work alongside the owner running a variety of group and private lessons each week throughout the school term.

We are looking for a reliable and qualified independent contractor, who has a strong understanding of the game of tennis, work extremely well with primary school children and can bring a fun and positive attitude on court.

Approx hours – 7 to 10 hours per week to start.
Mornings Monday to Friday 5 hours / afternoon and weekends available.

Must have your own car, ABN, Tennis Australia qualification, Tennis Australia insurance, first aid certificate, and current blue card.

Overview

All Champs Tennis Academy is a busy 4 court tennis facility with a number of tennis programs at 8 local schools with over 350 players a week participating.

The academy’s area of expertise is in delivering nationally recognised development programs. The Academy requires a part-time coach to plan and deliver development coaching, fixtures supervision and events.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the game of tennis. A tennis coaching qualification is desirable but not essential as the academy will assist with training and development for the right person. Leadership, organisational and planning skills are essential as you will be responsible for giving young children the right start to their tennis development.

There is some flexibility with the working roster and days and times can be negotiated at interview stage.

Head Junior Tennis Coach – Rise Southport – The Southport School.

Rise Tennis Southport seeks an enthusiastic tennis coach to lead the team while delivering and expanding the tennis program at TSS Prep School. It is imperative for the successful candidate to have a passion for working with children and tennis. Tennis coaching experience is required for this position.
The position guarantees 12-15 hours a week with the potential to increase these significantly. Pay will be dependent on the level of experience and qualifications of the successful applicant using Tennis Australia’s Award Rates as a guide.
The position will involve developing, organising, delivering and managing Hotshots, pre-school and junior school tennis programs.
The applicant must have previous tennis coaching experience developing and managing junior tennis programs. They must also be creative, enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly and passionate about working with young children. They should be comfortable coaching both small and large groups and have an ability to create an enjoyable and professional environment.

Overview

Jimboomba Tennis Club Inc is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic coach. We are looking for someone that is able to work with the club in expanding the club and increasing the number of juniors playing tennis.

The role involves the coaching of juniors & adults, ANZ Hotshots, tennis clinics, cardio tennis and potentially run competitions and fixtures. Initially it will be a casual position but has to potential for more permanent hours for the right coach. The club has 5 courts, 3 hard and 2 synthetic and all have lights. Jimboomba and surrounds is a thriving area located 45km west of Brisbane city on the Mount Lindsay Highway.
The position will begin early in 2017 and we are happy to negotiate the contract and remuneration.

Queensland Tennis Centre is one of the premium facilities in Australia. Boasting 23 courts including all the Grand Slam surfaces and is home to the Brisbane International Tennis tournament.
