Senior Coach

Placed: 10 January, 2017

Overview

The Ingham Tennis Association is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and reliable coach to operate out of our centre. The centre consists 14 hardcourts, all of which were resurfaced in early 2016. In addition the centre has 4 separate mini-courts and a dedicated hitting wall.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self employed operator, providing incentive to grow an already successful venue. The courts are currently utilised by the club on Tuesday and Thursday nights and Wednesday mornings. Outside those times there are limited casual bookings allowing ample time for any coaching programs to be run.

It is hoped the successful applicant will start at the beginning of the second school term in 2017.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:
• Working extremely well with children of all ages and tennis playing abilities
• Help drive the growth of club membership through school coaching programs
• As an active club member be willing to assist with club initiatives
• Support the ANZ Hot Shots program
• Support the Fitbit Cardio Tennis program
