Step 4:For Payment for Tennis in Schools please send an invoice or you may use this template provided stating the school, dates of the 2 free session, how many kids and the amount in which Tennis Queensland need to pay. You can use the MLC Tennis Hotshots Tennis in Schools INVOICE TEMPLATE.

Step 5: Compile Step 2, 3 and 4 and send to Nikita Williams at nwilliams@tennis.com.au or 1 Lion Creek Rd Rockhampton QLD 4700.
