An exciting opportunity has arisen to become Tennis ACT’s Competitions & Tournaments Coordinator with responsibility for the planning, organisation and delivery of a range of ACT tennis competitions and events! Does this sound like you?
Reporting to the Participation Manager, this position provides administrative and operational support across all areas of competitions and events and as such represents a great opportunity to really get involved with tennis at all levels across the state.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Coordinate Tennis ACT competitions and leagues;
- Create and manage a clear competitions pathway that is underpinned by the national guiding principles: Sense of belonging/Team; Sustainability; Leadership; Trailblazers in Innovation;
- Oversea the implementation and drive the uptake of the national competition software and national player ratings for key stakeholders; and
- Work with the Participation Manager to deliver a clear calendar of tournaments in the ACT that support both player development and participation departments.
