We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Participation Leader (PL) to join the Participation Team at Tennis ACT.
Reporting to the Participation Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and increasing the uptake of participation services and programs offered to affiliated clubs in Australian Capital Territory (ACT). This will see you playing a key role in achieving our vision of ONE million registered players
The PL will engage, influence, support, educate and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including club volunteers, venue operators, competition deliverers and administrators, coaches and councils. With a particular focus on influencing clubs to embrace the Participation Story.
