The program provides participants with an ideal opportunity to explore a variety of sports and

develop their gross motor skills.

Phizz Kids encourages the pursuit of an active and healthy lifestyle and equips children with the skills required to enjoy a host of sporting activities.

What is included in the cost?

· 10 classes focussing on 2 sports each week

· Small micro groups for teaching

· Equipment

· Olympic Facilities

Where are the classes held?

Outside on either tennis courts or on the grass (depending on the sports being taught)
